No phone carrier or replacement dialer is included or required. Clutch Desk runs the calling workflow — sessions, records, review, and follow-up — on the phone line your team already uses.
What do credits pay for?
Credits cover AI lead reviews, call transcription, and automation steps. Your plan buys the platform itself and includes a monthly credit allowance; extra credit packs are $0.02 per credit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — get in touch and we'll move you up or down as the desk grows. Your data and workspace stay exactly as they are.
What happens to unused credits?
Your monthly plan allowance resets each period. Credit packs you buy on top roll over and stay valid for 12 months.
How does billing work?
