Terms of Service

1. The service

Clutch Desk provides a lead-generation and operations platform for real-estate teams, including lead sourcing and scoring, a CRM and dashboards, AI-assisted qualification, and lead delivery ("the Service"). We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all users you add to your workspace. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws, including telemarketing, Do-Not-Call, and data-privacy regulations. You are solely responsible for the legality of the outreach you conduct through the Service.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you upload or generate in your workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis at the rates shown on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the following billing cycle.

6. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools you choose to connect (for example, a phone extension or a destination CRM). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal risk or harms others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; export options are subject to your plan.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clutch Desk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
