• Account information — name, email, and workspace details you provide when you sign up.
• Workspace data — the records, notes, dispositions, and call data you and your team create or upload.
• Usage data — how you interact with the Service, used to operate, secure, and improve it.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.

2. How we use information

We use personal data to provide and secure the Service, qualify and route leads on your behalf, provide support, process payments, and comply with legal obligations. AI features (Nova) process the data in your workspace to score and summarize leads for you; they operate on your instructions and for your benefit.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as hosting and payment processors), when you direct us to (for example, delivering a lead to a CRM you connect), or when required by law.

4. Data from your outreach

Your workspace may contain personal data about the property owners and leads you contact. You are the controller of that data; we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and contact those individuals, and for honoring their rights, including Do-Not-Call requests — see our DNC Flagging policy.

5. Security

We protect data with role-based access controls, tenant isolation, encryption in transit, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to notify you of material incidents as required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain workspace data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. On account closure, we delete or de-identify data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your rights

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
