DNC Flagging

1. What DNC flagging does

When a number is flagged as Do-Not-Call in your workspace, Clutch Desk holds it back from outreach so it is not surfaced for dialing. Flagging is applied during data processing and before records enter the working queue.

2. Your compliance responsibility

Clutch Desk provides suppression tooling, but you remain responsible for complying with the National Do-Not-Call Registry, applicable state registries, internal opt-out lists, and any other law governing your outreach. You must maintain your own DNC list and honor opt-out requests promptly.

3. How numbers get flagged

• Numbers you import as suppressed or opted-out are held back automatically.
• When a contact requests no further calls, mark the record so it is suppressed going forward.
• Known DNC indicators identified during data processing are flagged before dialing.

4. Requesting suppression

If you are a consumer who wishes to no longer be contacted by a team using Clutch Desk, the fastest path is to tell that team directly during a call or in reply to their outreach. You may also contact us at hello@clutchdesk.app and we will route your request to the relevant workspace and support suppression of your number.

5. Limits

Clutch Desk is a tool used by independent real-estate teams; each team controls its own workspace and outreach. We facilitate suppression and provide compliance tooling, but we do not conduct outreach on our own behalf and cannot guarantee the conduct of individual teams.
